May Full Moon - Flower Moon
We’ve got a full moon tonight in my little part of the world.
The May full moon is typically called the flower moon because of the abundant flowers that are beginning to bloom at this time of year.
The full moon is a symbol of celebration, harvest, gratitude, and reflection. It’s a time when you can celebrate your hard work and “harvest” the things you have sowed. Be grateful for where you are. Right now. The idea is that if you set goals on the new moon, at this point, some of the things you’ve put into motion have come to fruition.
I didn’t necessarily set any goals for myself on the last new moon, but I can share some things I’m grateful for right now.
Fresh air and rising temperatures - the beautiful spring green on all the trees - officially counting down the remainder of the school year.
What are you grateful for today?
