We made it through the week!

What I’m grateful for this week

  • 27 more wake-ups

  • I’ve recently made some nutrition changes (trying to get to the root of some ongoing stuff) and this week I finally feel a difference

  • Sunday is supposed to be sunny, which is needed after all this rain

What’s been challenging this week

  • The weather is killing me - we need more sunny days up in here

  • I’m feeling the end-of-year exhaustion - my body is tired of getting up so early


What I’m looking forward to

  • Lots of chapter-closing celebrations on the horizon

What I’ve been reading

  • I went to the library to browse and picked up The Antidote by Karen Russell - I’m about 60 pages in and enjoying it so far. I look forward to reading it over the weekend

What I’ve been listening to

  • This week I’ve been catching up on a lot of podcasts, mainly - The Lazy Genius, The Mom Hour, The Girl Nextdoor, and The Book Riot Podcast

How I’ve been moving

  • During the month of May, I’m doing the True Series on Yoga with Adriene. This week’s practices have been titled High, Kindle, Salud, Salve, and Open. I plan to do the Detox and Soften practices this weekend.

  • I’ve been to NH Power Yoga a couple of times this week and plan to go Saturday morning!

  • I’m chipping away at the Bodi series #MBF (Muscle Burns Fat). This week I did Lower Body Burn, Core Circuit, Upper Body Burn, and will do a different Core Circuit this weekend.
